MetalCoat F2 is highly concentrated, allowing a single 50mL bottle to easily cover an entire vehicle with a single layer:

• Small-to-Compact Vehicles (A-B Class): 30–35mL per treatment

• Medium-Sized Sedans (C-D Class): 35–40mL per treatment

• Large Vehicles, Trucks, & SUVs (E Class): 40–50mL per treatment

• Average Consumption Rate: 5–8 mL per m² (~10 sq. ft.)

Pro-Tier Application Workflow

To lock in maximum bonding longevity, follow the precise climate control guidelines and workflow used daily in our Lake Forest facility:

1. Decontaminate & Prep: For elite bonding durability, thoroughly wash, clay, and polish the paint. Wipe the entire car down with a premium panel wipe (like Nasiol Clean) to ensure a 100% chemically bare surface.

2. Dial In Your Environment: Apply out of direct sunlight on a cool surface. Ideal application conditions are between 41°F and 86°F (5°C–30°C) with a relative humidity around 50%.

3. Spray & Level: Work in manageable 2ft by 2ft sections. Mist MetalCoat F2 roughly 20 to 30 times over the section, then immediately buff using the included premium, clean microfiber towel. Do not let the product dry or sit un-leveled.

4. Cure Time: Keep the vehicle dry and clear of dust or moisture for 24 hours to allow the ceramic nanostructure to fully crosslink and cure. (Dry to the touch in 4 hours).
