Pro-Tier Application Workflow

For a flawless, streak-free finish that lasts for years, follow the exact protocol used in our shop:

1. Prep & Mask: Thoroughly wash the headlight lens and mask off the surrounding painted body panels with automotive tape to protect the clear coat.

2. Wet Sand: Use the included sanding discs in a cross-hatch pattern (alternating horizontal and vertical strokes) to completely abrade away the cloudy, oxidized top layer. Maintain a lubricated surface.

3. Dry & Decontaminate: Wipe the lens completely dry and ensure all sanding dust is entirely removed. The plastic should look uniformly frosted.

4. Apply Ceramic Protection: Apply a few drops of the 10mL Nasiol Headlight Restorer coating to an application pad and wipe evenly across the lens in straight lines.

5. Cure: Allow the ceramic coating to bond and cure out of direct sunlight and moisture according to the enclosed instructions. Do not allow the coating to get wet during the curing process.  Park under cover or plan accordingly with respect to local weather forecasting.
