Nasiol CleaRub 105 Heavy Cut Compound | Professional High-Gloss Heavy Cutting Polish
Eliminate deep defects. Achieve an ultra-glossy finish in fewer passes.
Deep scratches, severe swirl marks, and heavy paint oxidation demand an aggressive, high-efficiency solution. Nasiol CleaRub 105 is a professional-grade, heavy-cutting paint correction compound engineered to level severe surface defects on modern clear coats and resistant top-coatings.
Formulated with advanced diminishing micro-abrasives and premium lubricants, CleaRub 105 delivers a powerful initial cut to shave away defects rapidly, then refines down to leave a surprising amount of gloss behind. Free of masking agents or temporary gloss enhancers, it provides true, permanent paint correction.
Why Detailers Choose CleaRub 105
-
True Zero-Filler Formula: Silicone-free and completely body shop safe. What you see after wipe-down is the true, permanent state of the paint.
-
Rapid Diminishing Abrasives: Engineered for a fast, aggressive initial cut that quickly breaks down to minimize haze, drastically shortening your secondary finishing steps.
-
Effortless Ceramic Coating Removal: The ideal chemical and mechanical solution for stripping old, failing nano-ceramic coatings during paint prep.
-
Low-Dust Engineering: Formulated with premium, high-lubricity carrier oils that reduce messy compound dusting, keeping your pads cleaner and your workspace pristine.

Pro-Tier Application & Dial-In Tips
To get the absolute most out of CleaRub 105, structure your paint correction cycle using the exact workflow from our Lake Forest shop:
-
Prep & Decontaminate: Ensure the vehicle is meticulously washed, clayed, and wiped down with a panel wipe (like Nasiol Clean) to prevent grinding embedded particles into the paint.
-
Choose the Right Pad: Because CleaRub 105 features a fast-acting diminishing abrasive, aggressive cutting pads are highly recommended. If your pad is too soft, you will face multiple unnecessary passes.
-
Maximize Your Initial Passes: Most of your heavy defect removal occurs during the first two passes across your 2ft by 2ft working section. Plan your downward pressure accordingly before the abrasives finish breaking down into a polishing paste.
-
Wipe Down: Buff away the compound residue cleanly using a plush, dry microfiber towel.
š” Shop Alternative Note: Because the working cycle of 105 is short and aggressive, it is built for fast efficiency. If you are working on softer paint systems or require a compound with a longer working cycle, we highly suggest stepping down to Nasiol CleaRub 305 Medium Cut Compound.
